Delivery
We will endeavour to despatch orders received as soon as possible depending on stock levels.
Standard
UK Mainland delivery is £3.95. Delivery of Sparring kits will be
charged at £10.00 up to a maximum of 4 kits per order.
For next day urgent delivery please contact the head office team to discuss in more detail.
How to pay
Advance payment is required on all orders prior to despatch. Orders
are taken through paypal, please note that a paypal account is not
necessary, ‘one off’ payments are permitted (please see paypal terms and
conditions).

Terms and Conditions
1. Claims for non-delivery must be made within 10 days of despatch.
2. Goods despatched to a third party are at your own risk.
3. Prices are subject to alteration without prior notice. Orders are
accepted on the understanding that they will be charged at the prices
ruling at the time of order.
4. Goods remain the property of Jado Online Distribution until full payment has been received.

All goods are subject to delivery costs unless collected from our
premises by your selected instructor. You must attend a class with that
instructor to choose this delivery method. You must select your
instructor/club at the checkout to ensure you receive your order in a
timely fashion. Delivery times are subject to instructor availability.
6. Jado Online reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.

You, the customer, are responsible for checking and confirming that you
are satisfied that all details of your order are correct.

Times of delivery are estimated as accurately as possible but could be
subject to delays beyond our control, for which Jado Online cannot be
held responsible.
9. Jado Online reserve the right to alter
specifications and/or products without prior notice due to our
commitment to continually improve & update our product range.
10. All transactions are subject to our terms & conditions.

For all parcels requiring a signature, please make prior arrangements
to accept your orders. All undelivered Parcels will incur a re-delivery
charge to the customer.
12. Once an order has been placed it becomes binding as soon as we have accepted it. All orders are subject to availability.
13. These terms & conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Returns
Please telephone our customer
services team for a Returns Number, they will need to know the invoice
number, what is being returned and the reason. Please have this
information ready.
If goods have been sent incorrectly please call us within 7 days to arrange a collection and a re-delivery.
New
merchandise (not washed, worn, altered or soiled), and suitable for
resale may be returned for exchange or a refund within 14 days of
purchase. If new merchandise is returned within 15-60 days of purchase
or there are more than 10 items being returned, there is a 15% handling
charge. After 60 days goods cannot be accepted. No returns are accepted
on co-brand or clearance stock.
Returned goods will only be
accepted for exchange/refund when returned in original wrappings within
14 days of purchase. The returns number must be clearly marked on the

The following cannot be returned:-
- Goods that have been worn / washed / altered / embroidered / printed or soiled
- Sparring equipment that is squashed/out of shape
- CDs, DVDs
- Gift vouchers
- Discontinued/sale merchandise
- Merchandise not in original wrapping with instructions
- Returns without a returns number
- Goods returned after 60 days of purchase
